KnownHost I have a webhosting and webdesign business over at http://batlightning.org (check it out if you need hosting, we have cheap plans!)
I was wondering if me and my other staff member need a business license? Is not having one illegal?

Many things associated with your personal business can be written off on your taxes, so you need to keep accurate records. Additionally, I would recommend getting a business checking account to keep track of all monies received which will help when it comes time for taxes.
